Albums of the Year 2011: 27. Um, Uh Oh- Say Hi
You know how I’ve been talking about albums not being quite memorable or quite catchy enough to be able to sing along with them quickly? This is not one of them. “Dots on Maps” is a great driving while singing song. “All the Pretty Ones” is especially memorable and reminiscent of The Killers when they were cool, and “Take Ya’ Dancin’” sounds like it was written by Arctic Monkeys.
